Two reclining figures dressed in long flowing robes decorate the rounded end sections of a pair of tomb arms, which were originally a part of an exhumed tomb (LTA peg no. 1473E/1473-1) in Bukit Brown Cemetery. The figures, comprising a lady and a bearded man, are carved in a lively manner. The arched backs, upturned heads and heavily draped clothing of the figures imbue them with a sense of dynamism. These end sections are one of the most finely decorated examples that have been exhumed from the cemetery.
