This is an invitation to the National Tribute Dinner in honour of Mr Lee Kuan Yew, which was held on 8 October 1991 at the World Trade Centre. Organisers for the dinner included the NTUC and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry. This particular invitation was sent to Mr Cheng Choon Eng, who was involved in grassroots activities from the 1960s to the 1990s.
