This document is a memorandum to Mr Lall Singh, a Police Constable who served with the Sikh Contingent in Singapore from 1931 to 1946, from the officer-in-charge of the ‘A’ Division at the Central Police Station asking Mr Singh to bring his identification documents to the Central Police Station for inspection on the July 1965 pension pay-day.
