This document is a certificate of citizenship issued to Mr Ho Yan Ngiap on 15 March 1960, granting him Singapore citizenship under Section 9 of the Singapore Citizenship Ordinance, 1957. The registrar of citizens who signed the document, Pang Tee Pow, later served as Permanent Secretary for Defence between 1970 and 1977.
