Photograph of the KD Hang Tuah

This photograph depicts the KD Hang Tuah of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN). The ship, a Loch-class frigate, was formerly known as the HMS Loch Insh and served in the Royal Navy during World War Two. In 1963, it was sold to the RMN and named for a legendary warrior in Malay history. It was the flagship of the RMN until 1971.
