This is the draft of a report which details the brutalities suffered during the Double Tenth incident that began on 10 October 1943. It was prepared by a Commission appointed by the Allied authorities of Sime Road Camp after the Japanese surrender (though before the return of the British), with the knowledge that documentation would be important for post-war purposes. The report was prepared by Sydney King and Wilfred Blythe of the Malayan Civil Service, and Dr Norman Alexander of Raffles College, all of whom had been interned in Changi and Sime Road.
