This is a certificate of attendance from a dim sum making course (advanced stage) that was conducted at the Khe Bong Community Centre in Singapore. The attendee was Madam Kong Lim Mei, an avid baker and cook who enjoyed participating in cooking classes at community centres. Community centres conducted various types of classes in the 1970s and 1980s and they were highly popular with Singaporeans.
