This is a mooncake mould used by the Tai Thong Cake Shop (Da Tong Bing Jia 大同饼家) that has operated since 1950 and went on hiatus in 2023. The shop was known for their Cantonese-style mooncakes and Chinese wedding pastries such as the jia nü bing (嫁女饼).
