Photograph of LTA Tiger Hong Seng Mak after commissioning, 1976

This photo of ‘Tiger’ Hong Seng Mak was taken not long after he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in 1976. Mr Hong was one of the first three non-commissioned officers in the Singapore Armed Forces to receive commissions.
