Gift of Volunteers of the Bukit Merah Old Folks’ Club
This is a commemorative publication for the third anniversary of the Bukit Merah Old Folks' Club. Located at Blk 14 Redhill Close, the club was officially opened in 1979 thanks to the efforts of the Community Service Volunteers (volunteers under the Council of Social Service, which became the National Council of Social Service in 1992). The club sought to address issues faced by the elderly such as loneliness and medical and financial problems.
