This is a copy of Vol. II, No. 7 of the People's Association Bulletin, dated 1 November 1964. The front page of this issue records the opening of the National Youth Leadership Training Centre by Dr Goh Keng Swee on October 5, 1964. This particular copy of the bulletin was given to Mr Chang Weng Kong, then a clerk at the Ministry of Health, by his immediate superior as reading material in the late 1960s.
