These brightly-coloured joss sticks depict Grand Master Song Dafeng 宋大峰祖师（b. 1039) and his two disciples. Dafeng, a famous monk from the Song dynasty, was the central deity venerated at charity halls or shantangs 善堂 in Singapore. These joss sticks were made for Phoh Kiu Siang Tng 普救善堂 and were intended to be used for a celebration held in the 10th lunar month
