This is a booklet commemorating the formation of Brickworks Zone C Residents' Committee on 2 March 1980. Brickworks Zone C RC belonged to Brickworks Constituency, and the MP at the time was Dr Ahmad Mattar. The zone covered the 17 blocks at the HDB estate at Queen's Crescent, which underwent SERS in the 1990s.
