This plate was presented to Mr Goh Chok Tong by the Lembaga Biasiswa Kenangan Maulud (LBKM). Then-DPM Goh was the Guest of Honour at the 20th Anniversary celebration of the LBKM in 1985. LBKM was the first Malay-Muslim national organization established in Singapore in 1965.
