This pewter plate was presented to PM Goh Chok Tong at the official ground-breaking ceremony of the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park on 14 May 1996. The first Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) was established in 1996 in Bin Duong Province. As of 2022, there are 8 VSIP projects throughout Vietnam.
