The Gryphon Award in honour of the most distinguished Rafflesians was awarded to Mr Goh Chok Tong on 27 July 2013. Mr Goh served as Singapore’s Prime Minister between 1990 and 2004, Senior Minister from 2004 to 2011, and has served as Emeritus Senior Minister from 2011.
