This is an instance of a notice detailing successful vaccination of an infant in the years immediately after Singapore's independence in 1965. It also doubles up as a checklist for health officers in recording whether an infant has gone through all the rounds of vaccinations. Infant vaccinations were issued in stages across a span of 18 months. The main diseases that require vaccination against are tubercolosis, diphteria and rubella.
