This programme is for the 1956 production of Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Nile by The Stage Club. This play was performed at the Victoria Memorial Hall, the predecessor to the Victoria Concert Hall today. The Stage Club was formed immediately after the war and focused on Western oriented productions for the entertainment of the English-educated audiences in Singapore who were largely expatriate.
