My First Day

In this work, emerging Thai contemporary artist Promthum Woravut composes his image with a series of test answer sheets with multiple choice options, commonly found in school examinations across different cultures. He addresses the issue of contemporary Thai society’s anxieties, where even the school-going generation of youth are not spared from the pressures to excel from a young age.
