This print (chromolithograph) by Austrian diplomat and naturalist Eugen von Ransonnet was published in his 'Skizzen aus Singapur und Djohor' (Sketches: Singapore and Johore) in 1876. Von Ransonnet stayed in a government bungalow at Selita (Seletar) for two days and found the jungle scenery to be extremely beautiful.
