Statement of witness of debt settlement by Kadir Bawa bin Kadir Rowther

This is a statement of witness by Kadir Bawa bin Kadir Rowther of Indian descent residing in Kampong Kalam in Singapore dated 20 Zulhijah 1261H (corresponding to 9 December 1845). He received 35 ringgit for the settlement of a debt from Tambi Zain from Melak, who previously refused to pay until this case was brought before the Singapore police.
