This is a letter dated 10 February 1919 from the Secretary of the Penang Bar Committee, B.E. Ross, to Allen & Gledhill, acknowledging receipt of a copy of the petition and declaration of Yong Shook Lin for his admission as a solicitor and advocate to the Supreme Court of the Straits Settlements.
