This is a warrant to act concerning the estate of the deceased Choa Chong Long issued by Choa Chow Neo, Choa Choon Neo, Hung Seok Wee, Wee Bin, Keong Lin Neo, Choa Ben Siang, and Wee Leong Hin on 31 January 1867.
