The Raffles Library and Museum

The museum, when it was still part of the double entity that was the Raffles Library and Museum, flourished during the post-World War One years. Several dedicated directors and curators ensured the continual growth of the museum until the outbreak of World War Two. Even then, the museum suffered minimal damages as it recovered from the war to embark on the pursuits of anthropology, archaeology and natural history all the way to the 1950s.
