This incised, grey, pottery shard forms part of a group of artefacts from a burial site in the Nong Muang district of Lopburi province in Thailand. Lopburi was a pre-historic site more than 1000 years ago and a major centre for Dvaravati culture in central Thailand. It was taken over by the kingdom of Angkor in Cambodia.
