The 42-page diary of the secret society member, Liang Shauwei, is in the William Stirling Collection; William George Stirling was the Assistant Protector of Chinese in Singapore from 1921 to 1931. Although it was the diary of a secret society member, there was not much information on any of the society’s activites, apart from a mention of his attendance at an inquiry regarding changes in membership of an unnamed society. The diary mostly contained Liang's thoughts and an account of his daily life.
