Plaque from Singapore Port Workers Union

This plaque was presented to Mr. Lim Kim San, then Chairman of the Port of Signapore Authority, by the Singapore Port Workers Union during the 7th Union Management Games.Mr. Lim was the first chairman of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and was best known for his contributions in building affordable public housing for the population of Singapore. During his public service career, he held ministerial portfolios ranging from finance, education and defence to the environment.
