This round jar has a flat perforated cover and is decorated in polychrome enamels. It is decorated with floral motifs. It is painted with flowers, fruits, insects and birds in famille rose colours. Coral red is an auspicious colour on Nonyaware. It occurs rarely possibly because the colour was reserved for imperial use in China.
