This is a document dated 26 July 1861 concerning the suit between Inche Barale and others (plaintiffs) and Hadjee Hassan (defendant), the administrator for the estate of the deceased Inche Undah. The legal representative of the plaintiffs, David Aitken, has called for a writ to be issued to the defendant and his legal agents over a piece of land mentioned in the petition filed in court.
