This is a Super Contra III 6 in 1 game cartridge, which contained an unlicensed version of the popular game Contra III. It was used with the Micro Genius IQ-1000, a video game console that was released in the early 1990s. Micro Genius consoles were clones of the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) or Famicom, a popular console at the time. They were sold in regions such as Southeast Asia, where they were a more affordable, albeit unauthorised, alternative to the Famicom. The donor acquired the item as a primary school student in the early 1990s.
