Opened in 2012, Gardens by the Bay advertises itself as Singapore’s “national garden and premier horticultural attraction for local and international visitors”. It seeks to present the plant kingdom in novel ways through a fusion of nature, architecture, and technology. Two of its key attractions are the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, which are featured in each of the two posters. These large, column-free conservatories enable plants from various habitats around the world – including the Mediterranean, African savannah and tropical highlands – to thrive in Singapore. Since its opening, the Gardens have won numerous awards and accolades, a few of which have been indicated in this pair of posters.
