This certificate was presented to Warrant Officer Class II Hong Seng Mak in 1966 for the completion of the First Preparatory Course for Instructors. This course prepared instructors for subsequent postings to the SAF Training Institute (SAFTI), where they began training SAFTI’s first batch of officer cadets in June 1966.
