Fairchild Service Award Certificate

This certificate was awarded to Loh Yoke Foo in recognition of her service to Fairchild Singapore. An American-based semiconductor company, Fairchild was one of the first multinational corporations that the Economic Development Board invited to set up its factory in Singapore as part of the nation’s industrialisation efforts in the 1960s. Fairchild’s factory opened in Toa Payoh in 1969 and Loh joined them in the 1980s as an operator on the assembly line.
