This Sawankhalok celadon bowl is decorated with a band of vertical leaves of lotus petal and covered with a green glaze. Large quantities of ceramics were made at Sukhothai and Sawankhalok kilns for export to Southeast Asia and beyond during the 14th to 16th centuries.
