This Louis Feraud dress is made of silk and satin. The dress was donated by Mrs. Jaya Mohideen, who was Singapore’s Ambassador to Brussels, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Vatican. She is currently Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Finland. Mrs. Mohideen also runs an art gallery, Galerie Belvedere.
