The Wang Nua kilns found 30 km south of Kalong, in Thailand, are one of the more recently excavated sites. The wares found here are crude, sturdily-potted celadon wares. Most of the sherds found at this site were plates with brownish-grey bodies often with scalloped mouth rims like pie crust edges. The glazes range from translucent green to an opaque yellowish-green.
