This is a letter dated 17 June 1910 from the Secretary of the Penang Bar Committee to Arthur Keberwein ā Bechett Terrell, concerning the hearing of Terrell's petition for admission as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of the Straits Settlements.
