This framed multimedia CD-ROM on Lee Kuan Yew was presented to Mr. Lim Kin San by the Friends of the Universities Endowment Fund.Mr. Lim was the first chairman of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and was best known for his contributions in building affordable public housing for the population of Singapore. During his public service career, he held ministerial portfolios ranging from finance, education and defence to the environment.
