This is a programme for the passing out parade of the first batch of civil servants called up for National Service in March 1967. Civil servants who had joined Government Service on or after 1 January 1967 as well as citizens who had matriculated at institutions of higher learning on or after 1 January 1966 were required to undergo National Service.
