This is a photograph of Loo Karn Moon (right) with a colleague outside the Fiat-Allis building in the 1970s. From 1974 to 1979, she worked at Fiat-Allis, a heavy equipment company. She was a posting clerk handling invoices and sales support. Fiat-Allis was a foreign company that operated in Singapore during industrialisation. Its heavy equipment was likely used in construction for Singapore's housing and infrastructure projects at the time.
