The sarong, machine-stitched and signed by B. Fisfer (or Fisßer) of Pekalongan, features a color palette of red, pink, blue, and green in the kepala, and a sogan brown with light blue in the badan. The design exemplifies the 'Dua negeri' style, combining a red Pesisir/North coastal batik in the kepala with a traditional Yogya/Solo sogan motif in the badan. The kepala showcases a simple bouquet and unusual 3D birds, while the badan presents a Sido motif with Garuda wings and various elements. This integration of distinct regional styles reflects a fusion of artistic traditions, highlighting the sarong's role in bridging diverse batik influences from different areas of Indonesia during the early 20th century.
