This is an invitation card for the witnessing of the balloting of flats at Clementi Avenue 5 on 1 November 1977. This invitation card belonged to Mr Cheng Choon Eng, who ran a provision shop at Queen's Crescent and was closely involved in grassroots activities from 1968 to 1991.
