This Sawankhalok celadon bowl with foliated rim is decorated with a band of wave pattern and covered with a light green glaze. Large quantities of ceramics were made at Sukhothai and Sawankhalok kilns for export to Southeast Asia and beyond during the 14th to 16th centuries.
