The Qianjiashi (千家诗), or "Poems of One Thousand Writers", is an anthology of poems from the Tang Dynasty, Five Dynasties period and the Song dynasty. It was compiled by the Southern Song scholar Liu Kezhuang (刘克庄).The book highlights that an education in the classics is still promoted in Singapore to retain Chinese traditions and culture as late as the 1940s.
