The watch radio by the Japanese electronics company Sanyo, (now a subsidiary of Panasonic), was introduced to the market in the mid-1980s. Sanyo produced different radio watches (both AM and FM). The watch has a mono headphone socket on the bottom left, and tuner dial on the bottom right. It has a basic LCD display, with mode and setting buttons, as well as time and date display.
