This exceptional pair of complex bugdi or koppu ear studs is of gold with heads of dozens of pearls, all secured by gold wire, surrounding a single ruby, similarly secured.The fasteners at the other ends screw in and comprise a cluster of pyramidal tips and have an overall clove-like form.Usually, these were worn in the upper part of the ear.The pair is in excellent condition, without losses.
