This driving licence, valid for a year, authorised the holder to drive Class 3 vehicles in Singapore. The licence was issued by the Registry of Vehicles, before a transportation unit within the Public Works Department (PWD) took over in the 1970s. This unit evenutally evolved to become the Land Transport Authority (LTA) in 1995.
