The RAF Far East Flight, a long-range exploratory flight to Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong between 1927 and 1928 was dubbed "the greatest flight in history". This special commemorative folio was given to members of the Flight in Singapore by the Submarine Aviation Works at Woolston, Southam and D. Napier and Son. Designed and printed by Bemrose & Sons, the folio contains extracts of the flight log issued by the British Air Ministry, and illustrated list of personnel, a map showing the route followed by the flight, and various coloured photogravures of the flight. One particular print depicts the four Supermarine-Napier "Southamptons" at Seletar Air Base in Singapore.
