This is a Dr. Sun Yat-Sen 100th birthday anniversary commemorative medal that belonged to Neo Tiew (Leong Huo Chu, 1884-1975). Neo was a Chinse community responsible for the development of Lim Chu Kang area from the early 20th century to the 1950s. Neo Tiew Road, Neo Tiew Lane and Neo Tiew Crescent are named after him.
