His works are in various public collections including the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum as well as Hiroshima Art Museum, Japan.‘Koleksi Ibu (Mother’s Collection)’ r]personal collection ofparaphernalia. The collage of images consists of heart-shaped motifs, scraps of 1960s radio, film and ‘Wanita’ (Woman) magazines, as well as Muslim religious readers and multiple images of bougainvillea flowers. In these various motifs, Zulkifli’s personal experience meets the broader significance of the objects found in Malaysian cultural history; whose contents decoded religious teachings and applied them to everyday life, with images of things taken from daily life in the 1970s, such as the entertainment magazine clippings.
